The opening and closing part of a ball valve is a ball, which rotates around the centerline of the valve body to achieve opening and closing. Suitable for cutting off water flow and changing the distribution of water flow or quickly opening and closing on low pressure and small diameter pipelines. To have a longer service life for ball valves, the following factors will be relied on.

What are the precautions for installing ball valves?
1. Installation does not allow metal debris, fibers, grease (excluding those specified for use), dust, other impurities, foreign objects, etc. to contaminate, adhere to, or stay on the surface of the parts or enter the inner cavity. If there is slight leakage at the packing, the valve stem nut must be tightened again.
2. The bolts on the flange must be tightened symmetrically, gradually, and evenly during assembly
3. The installation position, height, and direction of inlet and outlet must meet the design requirements, and the connection should be firm and tight
4. All types of manual valves installed on insulated pipelines must not have their handles facing downwards
5. It is best to install according to the product manual
6. New parts must also be cleaned before assembly
