The temperature regulating valve works according to the principle of incompressibility of liquid and thermal expansion.

The temperature regulating valve works according to the principle of incompressibility of liquid and thermal expansion.
A self operated temperature regulating valve is used for heating. When the temperature of the controlled object is lower than the set temperature, the liquid inside the temperature bulb contracts, and the force acting on the actuator push rod decreases. The valve core components open the valve under the action of spring force, increasing the flow of heating media such as steam and hot oil, and causing the temperature of the controlled object to rise. Until the temperature of the controlled object reaches the set value, the valve closes. After the valve is closed, the temperature of the controlled object decreases, and the valve opens again, The heating medium enters the heat exchanger again, causing the temperature to rise, thus keeping the temperature of the controlled object constant. The size of the valve opening is related to the difference between the actual temperature of the controlled object and the set temperature.
