Pipes

Square tube, also known as square and rectangular cold-formed hollow steel, referred to as square tube and rectangular tube, code F and J respectively。

Fittings & Flanges

Flange, also called flange flange disc or flange. The flange is a part connected between the shaft and the shaft, which is used for the connection between the pipe ends; It is also used in the flange on the import and export of the equipment for the connection between two devices. Because the flange has good comprehensive performance, it is widely used in chemical industry, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industry, refrigeration, health, water heating, fire, power, aerospace, shipbuilding and other basic projects.

Fittings & Flanges

Fittings are components used to connect and join pipes, tubes, or hoses together. They help secure and direct the flow of fluid or gas in a piping system. Fittings can come in various shapes, sizes, and materials, such as steel, brass, copper, plastic, or stainless steel. There are several types of fittings, including couplings, elbow fittings, tee fittings, cross fittings, and reducers, each designed for a specific application in a particular piping system. They can be threaded or welded and often require the use of gaskets, seals or adhesives to ensure proper sealing and prevent leakage. Proper selection and installation of fittings are essential for a safe and efficient piping system.

Elbow

In a piping system, a bend is a pipe fitting that changes the direction of the pipe. According to the Angle, there are 45° and 90°180° three most commonly used, and other abnormal Angle elbows such as 60° are also included according to engineering needs. Elbow materials are cast iron, stainless steel, alloy steel, malleable cast iron, carbon steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics. The methods of connection with the pipe are: direct welding (the most commonly used way) flange connection, hot melt connection, electric melt connection, thread connection and socket connection. According to the production process can be divided into: welding elbow, stamping elbow, push elbow, casting elbow, butt welding elbow and so on. Other names: 90 degree bend, right Angle bend, etc.

Top Entry Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve

The top mounted ball valve is easy to disassemble and quickly maintain on the pipeline. When the valve malfunctions in the pipeline and needs to be repaired, there is no need to disassemble the valve from the pipeline. Simply remove the middle flange bolts and nuts, remove the valve cover and valve stem assembly together from the valve body, and then remove the ball and valve seat assembly. The ball and valve seat can be repaired online. This type of maintenance saves time and minimizes losses in production.

Double-eccentricity Butterfly Valve

MAIN FEATURES: During valve opening or closing, the butterfly plate sealing face will be deviated gradually from and pressed into gradually the valve seat sealing face, thus reducing the mechanical abrasion and damage between the butterfly plate and the valve seat during opening or closing. For the double-eccentricity butterfly valve, when the butterfly plate rotates from 0° to 8°-12°, the butterfly plate sealing face will break away from the valve seat sealing face completely, thus reducing the mechanical abrasion and the extrusion corner travel during opening or closing the butterfly valve. With the reduction of mechanical abrasion and extrusion, the sealing performance and service life of the butterfly valve will be improved greatly.   Design Features Design standard as per: API 609, ASME B16.34, GB/T12238, JB/T 8527. Small installation space, light weight, and maintenance friendly; Good sealing effect and long service life; Simple structure and small opening/closing torque; Good flow adjusting ability, high precision of flow characteristic curve and good dynamic adjustment stability; For soft seat the leakage rate: ANSI B 16.104 Ⅵ.

Through Conduit Gate Valve

The flow characteristic of flat gate valves with a diversion hole is equal to that of pipelines of thesame specification. The characteristic is shown in per centum form. As for valves without a diversion hole its cavity fly span is smaller than that of wedge gate vales and it is a regular cylindrical objectthereforecharacteristics of the valves are similar except that they have a larger pressure loss.Besides, their flux adjustment behavior is better than that of the ones with a deversion hole.

Y-type Strainer

Y-type filters are an indispensable filtering device in pipeline systems that transport media. Y-type filters are usually installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valves, relief valves, constant water level valves, or other equipment to remove impurities from the media and protect the normal use of valves and equipment. The Y-type filter has the characteristics of advanced structure, low resistance, and convenient discharge. The suitable media for Y-type filters can be water, oil, and gas. Generally, the water network is 18-30 mesh, the ventilation network is 10-100 mesh, and the oil network is 100-480 mesh. The basket filter mainly consists of a connecting pipe, a main pipe, a filter blue, a flange, a flange cover, and fasteners. When the liquid enters the filter blue through the main pipe, solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter blue, and clean fluid is discharged through the filter blue and through the filter outlet.

Solenoid Valve

Solenoid valves are industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetism, which are automation basic components used to control fluids. They belong to actuators and are not limited to hydraulic or pneumatic systems. It is used in Industrial control system to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of medium. The solenoid valve can be combined with different circuits to achieve the expected control, and the accuracy and flexibility of the control can be guaranteed. There are many types of solenoid valves, and different solenoid valves play a role in different positions of the control system. The most commonly used ones are one-way valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed regulating valves, etc.

Safety Valve

A safety valve is a special valve in which the opening and closing parts are in a normally closed state under external force. When the pressure of the medium in the equipment or pipeline increases beyond the specified value, the medium is discharged outside the system to prevent the pressure of the medium in the pipeline or equipment from exceeding the specified value. Safety valves belong to the category of automatic valves, mainly used in boilers, pressure vessels, and pipelines. They control the pressure to not exceed the specified value and play an important protective role in personal safety and equipment operation. The safety valve must undergo a pressure test before use.

Pipes

Steel pipes and tubes are used in a wide range of applications including construction, transportation of fluids and gas, oil and gas exploration, manufacturing, and infrastructure development. They are popular for their strength, durability, corrosion resistance, and versatility.
