Ball valve(flanged,wafer)
There are two types of tee ball valves, L shaped and T shaped types.
The L shaped tee ball valve is used for switching the flow direction of the media and can get two channels vertical to each other interconnected; the T shaped tee ball valve is used for diverting and converging the media and switching the flow direction.
The T shaped tee can get all the three or two of the three channels interconnected with each other. Usually, the tee ball valve is of two-seat structure; four-seat structure can also be used upon request by the users.
2 PC Floating Flanged Ball Valve – ANSI
This product line is used primarily in the oil and gas, building and construction industries, chemical and petrochemical services, among others. We offers Floating Ball valves to provide positive shut-off while minimizing pressure drop.
The metal hard seal high temperature ball valve has the following features:
1. Forged steel or cast steel valve body; floating or fixed type structure;
2. High precision sphere processing and high precision valve seat, reaching ANSIB16.104Ⅵ leakage standard;
3. Fixed structure to realize double direction sealing of the metal ball valve;
4. Reliable operation and small opening moment: the valve seat is equipped with integrated diaphragm spring to ensure small moment during opening or closing of the valve due to the pre-tightening force of the spring, so as to ensure operation reliability;
5. Safety in case of fire: fully metal structure ensures safety of the valve in case of fire;
6. Maximum applicable temperature up to 550℃ (1022°F): aerospace level high speed spray welded sphere and valve seat are used, hardness up to HRC70-72 and applicable temperature up to 550℃;
7. Connecting method: butt welding or socket welding, DIN flange or ANSI flange.
DIN High Platform Flange Ball Valve

Metal-to-Metal Seat Ball Valve
Seat of metal to metal ball valves have special protection and tight shut-off design to be applied to some poor conditions, such as high- temperate, high pressure and abrasive mediums, to fully solve the problem of inner leakage and outer leakage, and ensure reliable sealing with zero leakage.
Cast Steel Floating Ball Valve
Principle of the cast steel floating ball valve: This kind of ball valve has a floating ball supported by two valve seats. Under the medium pressure effect, a certain displacement can be generated by the ball itself so as to be pressed onto the seat seal ring at the outlet, guaranteeing tightness at the outlet.
The floating ball valve is mainly divided into such two structures as the single-body type and double-body type float ball valve structures
Cast Floating ball design supports the ball with two PTFE seats, one on the upstream and the other on the downstream side of the ball. The upstream pressure pushes the ball which compresses the downstream side seat to completely shut off fluid control.
