Screwed 、Clamp 、Welded vavle The three piece welded ball valve is divided into butt weld (BW) and socket weld (SW) types. The valve body is cast using advanced process, reasonable in structure and elegant in appearance; the valve seat is of elastic seal structure, reliably sealed and easily opened and closed; the valve rod is of bottom mounting structure with back seal, and will not fly out in case of abnormal pressure rise inside the valve cavity. The valve can be equipped with ISO standard support platform, locking device, and 90° switch locating mechanism. The valve can thus be locked as required to prevent accidental operations. There are three drive modes, manual, electric and pneumatic modes.

V(Segment) Ball Valve


The high performance V shaped ball valve has the following features:  1. Advantages of compact structure, small volume and vertical or horizontal installation;  2. The main characteristics of spring automatic reset ball valves are small fluid resistance, simple structure, small size, light weight, compact and reliable, easy operation, convenient maintenance, three-piece ball valves are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, urban water supply and drainage and other strict cut-off conditions. The three-piece spring automatic reset ball valve is composed of three-piece ball valve and spring handle. The main principle of spring automatic reset ball valve is that a spring handle is installed on the basis of three-piece ball valve. Its working principle is to reset automatically by triangular lever and spring compression spring. This product is also called spring automatic return ball valve, spring automatic close ball valve, spring automatic return ball valve, spring automatic return ball valve, etc. Their products all have the same function, but they are called differently.

Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve


Trunnion Mounted ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve, suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Therefore, the torque of the fixed ball valve is small, the deformation of the valve seat is small, the sealing performance is stable, and the service life is long. It is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter situations. Advanced spring pre seat components with self tightening characteristics achieve upstream sealing. Each valve has two seats that can be sealed in each direction, so there is no flow restriction during installation and it is bidirectional. This valve is generally installed horizontally.
