There are two types of valve body structures for fixed ball valves: two block and three block. The middle flange is connected with bolts, and the sealing is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene embedded in a stainless steel ring. A spring is installed at the back of the steel ring to ensure that the valve seat is tightly against the ball and maintain sealing. Both the upper and lower valve stems are equipped with PTFE bearings to reduce friction and save labor during operation. The bottom of the small shaft is equipped with adjustment plates to ensure the connection position between the ball and the sealing ring. Full bore: The valve flow aperture is consistent with the pipeline inner diameter for pipeline cleaning.

1. 2. Reliable valve stem sealing and low operating torque: In addition to setting standard sealing rings, O-ring sealing rings are also installed on the packing gland, ensuring the reliability of valve stem sealing with dual sealing; The addition of graphite packing and sealing grease injection minimizes valve stem leakage after a fire. The sliding bearing and thrust bearing of the valve stem make the valve easy to operate.
3. Full bore or reduced bore: Full bore or reduced bore structures can be selected as needed. The flow aperture of the full bore valve is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, making it convenient for pipeline cleaning.
4. Valve stem can be extended: The valve stem can be extended according to installation or operation needs. Extended rod ball valve, especially suitable for urban gas and other occasions where buried pipelines need to be laid. The size of the extended valve stem is determined according to customer needs.
5. Flexible operation: The use of valve seat and stem bearings with small friction coefficient and good self-lubrication greatly reduces the operating torque of the valve. Therefore, even without providing sealing grease, the valve can be operated flexibly and freely for a long time.
