Check valve( flanged,wafer )
check valve is made of well selected materials with high overall quality, in accordance with relevant national and international standards. The sealing pair of the valve is advanced and reasonable; the valve flap and valve seat sealing faces are made of iron based alloy or Stellite cobalt based hard alloy by buildup welding, and have good wearing, high temperature, corrosion and scratch resistant performance and long service life. Different pipe flange standards and flange sealing face types can be used to meet the requirements of different projects and users. There are a complete range of materials to be used for the valve body, and the gasket can be selected according to the actual working conditions or the requirements of the users. The valve is thus applicable to different working conditions with various pressure, temperature and media. The valve can be customized to be of different structures and connections according to the requirements of the users to match with different equipments.
Screwed 、Clamp 、Welded vavle
The female thread check valve has simple structure, small volume, light weight, smooth flow channel and small fluid resistance. The valve flap can fully open subject to a very small pressure difference. The valve is simple in structure, easily maintained and easily dismantled and replaced as the seal ring is normally removable. There are various types of thread for selection: G·NPT, BSPT, BSP DIN259/2999.
The valve is opened or closed by the valve disc to rotate around the spindle outside the valve seat; and it is an automatic valve when it is automatically opened or closed by the force generated by the medium flowing within the pipeline. Its major function is to prevent the backflow of the medium in the pipeline, reverse rotation of the pump and its driving motor, and discharge of the medium in the container.
Screwed 、Clamp 、Welded vavle
The American standard cast steel check valve has hard alloy welded on the guide rib by buildup welding. The guide sleeve of the upper cavity of the valve body is made of stainless steel to ensure smooth action of the valve flap; the valve flap and valve seat sealing faces are made of cobalt based hard alloy by plasma spray welding, and are thus high in hardness, erosion resistant and durable. With advanced pressure seal design and high purity graphite ring gasket, the valve is highly airtight. The middle cavity of the valve is of pressure self tightening seal structure; the higher the pressure in the cavity, the better the sealing performance is. The valve flap rotates along the pin outside of the valve seat to reduce impact at the moment of closing.

High Performance Metal seal Butterfly Valve
The flange type multi-layer metal hard seal butterfly valv has the following features:
1. U shaped stainless steel seal ring is used; the valve plate has certain elasticity so as to have good sealing with the butterfly plate no matter at high temperature or low temperature;
2. The valve is metal on metal line sealing valve; the sealing faces of the butterfly plate is made of stainless steel or hard alloy by buildup welding, and thus have good wearing resistant performance and long service life;
3. The butterfly plate is designed to be streamline type; the parameters of the through rod and the anti-wearing sleeve provide good sealing performance and temperature, pressure, wearing and corrosion resistant performance to the valve;
4. The connection method of the valve can be designed to be flange connection and clip connection;
5. The drive method can be manual, electric or pneumatic.
Technical features and applications
1. It adopts triple offset wafer type and flange structure, with reliable seal performance. When opening the valve, Disc doesn’t touch the seal seat, so it eliminates the un-balanced load of seal seat, so as to prolong the valve’s working life. The valve is also high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and anti corrosion.
2. The valve is widely applied to the pipeline of petroleum, chemical, water treatment, high building, water supply and drainage, etc.
Lug Concentric Butterfly Valve
The Lug Concentric Butterfly Valves is designed to maintain a seal against bi-directional pressure differential to prevent back flow in systems designed for unidirectional flow. It accomplishes this with a tightly fitting seal, i.e., gasket, o-ring, precision machined, and a flat valve face on the upstream and downstream sides of the valve, valves have threaded inserts at both sides of the valve body. This allows them to be installed into a system using two sets of bolts and no nuts. The valve is installed between two flanges using a separate set of bolts for each flange. This setup permits either side of the piping system to be disconnected without disturbing the other side.
