Flange Concentric Butterfly Valve
The Flange Concentric Butterfly Valves is designed to maintain a seal against bi-directional pressure differential to prevent backflow in systems designed for unidirectional flow. It accomplishes this with a tightly fitting seal, i.e., gasket, o-ring, precision machined, and a flat valve face on the upstream and downstream sides of the valve, valves have threaded inserts at both sides of the valve body. This allows them to be installed into a system using two sets of bolts and no nuts. The valve is installed between two flanges using a separate set of bolts for each flange. This setup permits either side of the piping system to be disconnected without disturbing the other side.

The flange type multi-layer metal hard seal butterfly valve has the following features:
1. U shaped stainless steel seal ring is used; the valve plate has certain elasticity so as to have good sealing with the butterfly plate no matter at high temperature or low temperature;
2. The valve is metal on metal line sealing valve; the sealing faces of the butterfly plate is made of stainless steel or hard alloy by buildup welding, and thus have good wearing resistant performance and long service life;
3. The butterfly plate is designed to be streamline type; the parameters of the through rod and the anti-wearing sleeve provide good sealing performance and temperature, pressure, wearing and corrosion resistant performance to the valve;
4. The connection method of the valve can be designed to be flange connection and clip connection;
5. The drive method can be manual, electric or pneumatic.
Lugged High Performance Butterfly Valve
The Lug High Performance Butterfly Valves provide accurate control of high capacity, moderate pressure drop services. The double offset design provides an approximate equal percentage flow characteristic and facilitates tight class VI shut-off, resilient-seated construction or class IV with metal seals.
The High Performance valves are available in Soft Seat (Up to 200°C depending on size and pressure), and Metal Seat (Up to 600°C) variants (fire safe on application).

Five Eccentric Butterfly Valve

Five eccentric anti crystallization structure; the upper and lower bearing dust-proof structure can be added with spiral groove anti crystallization structure. After the medium is drained, the lower valve rod needs to be fixed shaft structure, and the medium in the clearance between the lower valve rod and the butterfly plate is used because of the spiral groove gravity, and the medium is automatically drained without crystallization, resulting in the valve rod locking.

The fully Fluorine lined butterfly valve is designed for aggressive chemical and ultra-pure applications. Fluorine lined resists chemical attack from most known chemical compounds, and with a flexible liner design utilizing a full width, 360 degree, resilient back up liner offers bubble tight shut off in even the most demanding installations. Redundant shaft seals provide a tight, reliable seal to the environment. This is a “maintenance free” valve design which uses long life sleeve bearings and avoids the use of an adjustable packing gland.
The valve shall be a 90 turn clockwise to close, non-jamming, resilient seated valve for zero leakage service. The valve shall be torque seated and designed in such a manner that the disc can be rotated the seat with out the actuator. Also this valve enables the fluid perfect shut-off regardless of the flow direction.
The flange weir diaphragm valve is specifically designed to handle corrosive or solid media applications. Hinged valves can be used as a replacement for common valves that may be blocked by the movement of harsh media. They are also recommended for food processing applications because the body is self-draining.
