The Dead man Lever Type Valve
The three-piece spring automatic reset ball valve is a relatively new type of ball valve. The valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, which is reliable and easy to open and close. The valve stem adopts downloading structure with reverse seal, and the valve stem will not be washed out when the valve chamber is abnormally pressurized. The advantage of spring automatic reset ball valve is that it can reset automatically without manual closure, which not only saves time and labor, but also avoids the loss of medium flow. The main characteristics of spring automatic reset ball valves are small fluid resistance, simple structure, small size, light weight, compact and reliable, easy operation, convenient maintenance, three-piece ball valves are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, urban water supply and drainage and other strict cut-off conditions.
The three-piece spring automatic reset ball valve is composed of three-piece ball valve and spring handle. The main principle of spring automatic reset ball valve is that a spring handle is installed on the basis of three-piece ball valve. Its working principle is to reset automatically by triangular lever and spring compression spring. This product is also called spring automatic return ball valve, spring automatic close ball valve, spring automatic return ball valve, spring automatic return ball valve, etc. Their products all have the same function, but they are called differently.

The one piece female thread connecting ball valve is of integrated structure. The valve body is cast using advanced process, reasonable in structure and elegant in appearance; the valve seat is of elastic seal structure, reliably sealed and easily opened and closed; the valve rod is of bottom mounting structure with back seal, and will not fly out in case of abnormal pressure rise inside the valve cavity. The valve can be equipped with 90° switch locating mechanism. The valve can thus be locked as required to prevent accidental operations. There are three drive modes, manual, electric and pneumatic modes.

Top Entry Ball Valve(Floating Ball)
The top mounted ball valve is easy to disassemble and quickly maintain on the pipeline. When the valve malfunctions in the pipeline and needs to be repaired, there is no need to disassemble the valve from the pipeline. Simply remove the middle flange bolts and nuts, remove the valve cover and valve stem assembly together from the valve body, and then remove the ball and valve seat assembly. The ball and valve seat can be repaired online. This type of maintenance saves time and minimizes losses in production.
