Five Eccentric Butterfly Valve


Five eccentric structure; double stem design, small flow resistance, low energy consumption Five eccentric anti crystallization structure; the upper and lower bearing dust-proof structure can be added with spiral groove anti crystallization structure. After the medium is drained, the lower valve rod needs to be fixed shaft structure, and the medium in the clearance between the lower valve rod and the butterfly plate is used because of the spiral groove gravity, and the medium is automatically drained without crystallization, resulting in the valve rod locking. Centerlined Butterfly Valve


The Wafer Concentric Butterfly Valves is designed to maintain a seal against bi-directional pressure differential to prevent backflow in systems designed for unidirectional flow. It accomplishes this with a tightly fitting seal, i.e., gasket, o-ring, precision machined, and a flat valve face on the upstream and downstream sides of the valve,  valves have threaded inserts at both sides of the valve body. This allows them to be installed into a system using two sets of bolts and no nuts. The valve is installed between two flanges using a separate set of bolts for each flange. This setup permits either side of the piping system to be disconnected without disturbing the other side.

PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve


The fully Fluorine lined butterfly valve is designed for aggressive chemical and ultra-pure applications. Fluorine lined resists chemical attack from most known chemical compounds, and with a flexible liner design utilizing a full width, 360 degree, resilient back up liner offers bubble tight shut off in even the most demanding installations.  Redundant shaft seals provide a tight, reliable seal to the environment. This is a “maintenance free” valve design which uses long life sleeve bearings and avoids the use of an adjustable packing gland.  The valve shall be a 90 turn clockwise to close, non-jamming, resilient seated valve for zero leakage service. The valve shall be torque seated and designed in such a manner that the disc can be rotated the seat  with out the actuator. Also this valve enables the fluid perfect shut-off regardless of the flow direction.

API Soft Sealing Lubricate Plug Valve


The Resilient Seat Lubricated Plug Valves is of the "block" or complete shut-off type. It may be used for throttling where accurate adjustment is not necessary. But the primary service is positive open-close operation. Three basic parts comprise the lubricated plug valve: body, cover and plug. The plug is the only movable member. The valve is opened by rotation only, the plug turning on a lubricated seat. While the plug is available in cylindrical and tapered form, the later is generally preferred, because the tapered rotary principle results in quick and simple valve operation. The conical shape of the plug combines the tight fit advantage of wedge action with the sliding action of rotary movement. Rotation eliminates the need for raising and lowering a movable valve member, and protects seating surfaces from exposure to corrosive elements.

Top Entry Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve


The top mounted ball valve is easy to disassemble and quickly maintain on the pipeline. When the valve malfunctions in the pipeline and needs to be repaired, there is no need to disassemble the valve from the pipeline. Simply remove the middle flange bolts and nuts, remove the valve cover and valve stem assembly together from the valve body, and then remove the ball and valve seat assembly. The ball and valve seat can be repaired online. This type of maintenance saves time and minimizes losses in production.
