Selection principle of welding type needle valve:

4, metallurgical systems, power systems, petrochemical installations, urban heating system in the high temperature medium of the pipeline system or device, can choose metal to metal sealing needle valve.
5, the need for flow regulation, can choose worm gear worm transmission, pneumatic or electric with V-shaped opening regulating needle valve.
6, oil, natural gas transmission main line, the need to clean pipelines, and buried in the ground, use full size, all welded structure of the needle valve; Buried in the ground, select full size welded or flanged ball valves.

Top Entry Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve
The top mounted ball valve is easy to disassemble and quickly maintain on the pipeline. When the valve malfunctions in the pipeline and needs to be repaired, there is no need to disassemble the valve from the pipeline. Simply remove the middle flange bolts and nuts, remove the valve cover and valve stem assembly together from the valve body, and then remove the ball and valve seat assembly. The ball and valve seat can be repaired online. This type of maintenance saves time and minimizes losses in production.
