V(Segment) Ball Valve


The high performance V shaped ball valve has the following features:  1. Advantages of compact structure, small volume and vertical or horizontal installation;  2. Maximum reliability/safety: the valve body is sturdy and durable as a whole to avoid leakage, the operation of which is not affected by the pipe pressure;  3. Pneumatic, electric, pneumatic regulating and electric regulating types available; refer to the section on the actuator and regulating valve for details;  4. Double bearing structure with high mechanical stability and small starting torque to ensure excellent sensitivity and response speed of the valve;  5. Excellent regulating performance: the V shaped ball valve has an inherent flow characteristic similar to equal percentage and a rangeability up to 300:1; therefore, the V shaped valve can provide accurate control in a wide variation range;  6. Superior sealing performance of the metal valve seat: the V shaped ball valve has a movable metal valve seat with automatic compensation function, superior sealing performance and super long service life; from the aspect of flow direction, the leakage amount ≤10-6× rated flow coefficient;  7. Maximum flow volume: with streamline appearance and full quarter turn control, the maximum volume is very large, leading to very large flow capability and small flow resistance; therefore, a more economical and practical valve smaller in size can be used;  8. Super strong cutting capability: the V shaped ball valve is of metal hard seal structure; during rotation of the valve spool and the metal valve seat, a strong cutting force will be generated at the V notch and the valve seat, capable to cut impurities like fibers; it also has self cleaning function to avoid blocking of the valve.

Spring Return Ball Valve


The Dead man Lever Type Valve The three-piece spring automatic reset ball valve is a relatively new type of ball valve.  The valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, which is reliable and easy to open and close. The valve stem adopts downloading structure with reverse seal, and the valve stem will not be washed out when the valve chamber is abnormally pressurized. The advantage of spring automatic reset ball valve is that it can reset automatically without manual closure, which not only saves time and labor, but also avoids the loss of medium flow. The main characteristics of spring automatic reset ball valves are small fluid resistance, simple structure, small size, light weight, compact and reliable, easy operation, convenient maintenance, three-piece ball valves are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, urban water supply and drainage and other strict cut-off conditions. The three-piece spring automatic reset ball valve is composed of three-piece ball valve and spring handle. The main principle of spring automatic reset ball valve is that a spring handle is installed on the basis of three-piece ball valve. Its working principle is to reset automatically by triangular lever and spring compression spring. This product is also called spring automatic return ball valve, spring automatic close ball valve, spring automatic return ball valve, spring automatic return ball valve, etc. Their products all have the same function, but they are called differently.

Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve


Trunnion Mounted ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve, suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Its strength, safety, and resistance to harsh environments have been specially considered in design, and it is suitable for various corrosive and non corrosive media. Compared with floating ball valves, during operation, all the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball is transmitted to the bearing, which does not cause the ball to move towards the valve seat. Therefore, the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure. Therefore, the torque of the fixed ball valve is small, the deformation of the valve seat is small, the sealing performance is stable, and the service life is long. It is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter situations. Advanced spring pre seat components with self tightening characteristics achieve upstream sealing. Each valve has two seats that can be sealed in each direction, so there is no flow restriction during installation and it is bidirectional. This valve is generally installed horizontally.

Forged Trunnion Ball Valve

Floating DBB Ball Valve

API Forged Steel Gate Valve


Gate valve(flanged, welded) The American standard forged steel gate valve is of pressure self tightening seal structure. It is welding connection at two ends of the branch pipe of the valve. The valve flap and valve seat sealing faces are made of cobalt based hard alloy by plasma spray welding, and have good wearing and scratch resistant performance. The valve rod is subject to anti-corrosion nitrogen treatment and thus has good corrosion and scratch resistant performance.

Bronze Gate Valve


Cast Bronze Gate Valves are designed and manufactured to ensure leakage of less than 100 ppm (parts per million) of volatile organic compounds.
